iBB Available Funds and Balance FAQs

 

 

 

  • What is my 'Balance'? 'Account Information Screen' Balance

    For the majority of customers the balance will only include transactions which have been processed to their account and will not include items lodged to their account which have not yet cleared.

     


    However depending on the account set up, some customers may see a balance which includes items lodged to their account which have not yet cleared. Please refer to your Relationship Manager should you have any questions in respect of your iBB set up.

  • What are my 'Available Funds'?

    'Available Funds' is the amount which is available for you to transfer or withdraw and will include any overdraft limit where one applies. Transfers and withdrawals are subject to transaction limits


    Depending on the type of account you have, transferring or withdrawing funds may incur transaction fees. Please refer to the Fees & charges brochure.

     

    'Available Funds' may also include items which have not yet cleared and items which may later be returned unpaid on your account. Please refer to your Relationship Manager should you have any questions in respect of your iBB set up.

     

    Note 'Available Funds' is only available to view on your Current Accounts. All other accounts including Currency Accounts will display an 'Available Funds' balance of 'n/a'.

  • 'Statements Screen' Balance

    The balance that appears on the final line of your recent transactions in the Statements screen is your account's opening balance on today's date amended to reflect any lodgements, withdrawals or payments processed on your account today.
