Account Mandates

 

Guide to mandate completion

 

  • Download the correct mandate for your business/entity type
  • Complete the mandate following the instructions detailed on the form
  • Ensure that all sections of form are completed
  • We may require evidence of identity and permanent address for authorised signatories to account.  Your Relationship Manager will be able to advise you if this is required. For acceptable documents please see Identification requirements.
  • The name of the business/entity detailed on the mandate must exactly match our records.  If you are unsure, contact your Relationship Manager
  • Bring the completed mandate into your nearest Branch together with ID/POA for signatories if applicable
