Guide to mandate completion

  • Download the correct mandate for your business/entity type
  • Complete the mandate following the instructions detailed on the form
  • Ensure that all sections of form are completed
  • We may require evidence of identity and permanent address for authorised signatories to account.  Your Relationship Manager will be able to advise you if this is required. For acceptable documents please see identification requirements.
  • The name of the business/entity detailed on the mandate must exactly match our records.  If you are unsure, contact your Relationship Manager
  • Ensure that all signatories to account have read the Data Protection Notice
  • Bring the completed mandate into your nearest Branch together with ID/POA for signatories if applicable
  • If you are changing your existing current Account Mandate signing instructions, ensure you download the correct form to complete
  • If you also have Internet Business Banking (iBB), please ensure that you update your iBB Resolution if it is affected by the changes to your Account Mandate, click iBB Application Forms and Resolutions to take you to a new iBB Resolution form to complete and return with your new Account Mandate
