    You can choose from one of many ways to pay your Options credit card. You can pay by cheque, cash or by direct debit.

     

    Telephone support is available to customers by calling on 028 9024 1822. You can also manage your credit card and pay your bill using Online, Mobile or Phoneline Banking.

     

    If your circumstances change, you can move easily to one of our other Options Cards without the need to open a new account or receive a new card.

    Emergency cash service (fees and charges may apply)

    If your card is lost or stolen abroad, you can avail of the emergency cash service (up to USD $5000 - subject to your available credit limit) and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Click the 'Call me back' button to receive a call from a customer service adviser at a time that suits you

    • Call in to any First Trust Bank branch

     

    We will need to see proof of your identity and address (such as your passport, driving licence and a gas or electricity bill) if we do not already hold this information or if we cannot electronically identify you (for telephone applications only).
