What our branches offer you
Our branch staff are always ready to help. We have a network of AIB branches across Northern Ireland. So if you want to open an account, carry out a transaction, purchase foreign currency or discuss your finances, drop in and we'll be glad to help.
Our experienced staff can give you the tailored information you need. We'll also be on hand to show you how to use our Quickbanking options which are located in our branches.

Lodgements and withdrawals / At the Counter
Use your Visa debit card to make a lodgement to your account and also withdraw up to £2500 at the counter.
You can withdraw up to £2500 cash from your account through our branches.
Use your Visa debit card to make a lodgement to or withdraw from your account at the counter.
We offer alternatives for larger payments including Visa debit card, Chaps Payment, Online/Mobile Banking and Banker’s Draft.
What is Quickbanking with AIB (NI)?
Our self-service Quickbanking options are designed to help you carry out your banking transactions securely in a fast and convenient way. Available in branches across Northern Ireland, you can simply pop in and use them:

Lodgements and withdrawals
Use your Visa debit card to make a lodgement to your account and also withdraw up to £2500 at the counter.

Quicklodge
Lodge cash and cheques though the Quicklodge.
Lodgements made through the Quicklodge are processed by 5.15pm on the same working day.

Cash machines
Every branch has at least one cash machine. This gives you the opportunity to not only withdraw cash (up to £500 per day) but also complete a balance enquiry, get a mini statement, order a statement, top up a mobile phone, change PIN, and unlock PIN.

In-branch tablet
Use the in-branch tablet to:
- Open a current account and switch your banking to us
- Log in to Online Banking to check your balance, pay your bills and Credit card and transfer money between your accounts. You can also manage your standing orders and cancel direct debits
- Visit our website for useful information on our products and services

Use the in branch telephone to:
- Register for Online Services
- Log in to Phoneline banking
- Speak to a mortgage adviser
- Talk to Card Services
