What can I do at the cash machine?
Our cash machines are not just for cash transactions. Using your AIB (NI) Visa debit card and PIN you can also complete the following transactions:

Balance enquiries
Find out how much money you have in your account.

Print a mini statement
You can print out your five most recent transactions.

Change your PIN
You can change your PIN to one that is easier for you to remember. You can also unlock your PIN if you have entered it incorrectly three times at a point of sale terminal.

Withdraw euros at one of our three Euro cash machines
Visit one of the following AIB (NI) Euro cash machine locations:
- Belfast - AIB (NI), 11/15 Donegall Square North
- Londonderry - AIB (NI), Meadowbank Quay, Strand Road
- Newry - AIB (NI), 42/44 Hill Street

Accessing our cash machines
Our cash machines have large, coloured, high contrast screens and have raised keypad features to assist those with visual impairments, Our machines are set at an accessible level for all users. Some of our branches also have in-branch machines for those customers who might require staff assistance for access to cash or other in-branch services.
