Simply complete the steps successfully on the next page to receive a reminder of your Registration Number and/or select a new Personal Access Code (PAC).

What do you need to do to get back online?

This service is available to either sole or joint account holders who are registered for Online Services and hold a valid First Trust Bank Visa Debit Card.

 

Before beginning this process, you will need to be able to confirm:

 

  • Your Visa Debit Card

  • Your date of birth

  • Your mobile phone number - we will be sending you an activation code by SMS to your mobile phone

How does this service work?

You will be asked to enter personal information which we will then validate against our records.

 

  • Once we have validated this information including your mobile phone number, First Trust Bank will send you an activation code by SMS (text message).

 

  • This activation code will remain valid for 30 minutes. 
    • If you have not completed the steps within this time period you will need to start the process again. 
    • If you do not receive the activation code, please call Phoneline Banking on 0345 793 0000, press hash (#) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to help you. Our advisers are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week.

 

  • When you confirm you have received your activation code you will have the option to select a new Personal Access Code (PAC). If you know your PAC and prefer not to change it, you can skip this step.
 
  • We will then display your eight digit Registration Number on screen and you can immediately access our Online Services. Please ensure you take a note of your Registration Number when it appears on screen as we will not be sending you this number via SMS.
